Products

Our Leather goods all have a certain brooch closure system, which is only possible with ours Brooches can be combined. Every brooch fits on every leather product. If you don't have any LIFF products yet, you have to buy both. As soon as you have bought brooches and leather goods, you can also buy individual brooches and leather goods without a brooch.

Each of our brooches fits every one of our leather products. Please press the brooch into the slot provided on the leather goods and turn to the left until it clicks very easily. The brooch is now firmly hooked into your leather product.

To detach the brooch from the leather product, please turn to the right until you can remove the brooch.

On request, we also manufacture the brooches from gold and, on request, also set them with real gemstones.

We strive to have all products in stock. Because our products are handmade, a new delivery can take up to 8 weeks. Please write yourself on the waiting list of the respective product and always stay informed when the products are available again.

Our latest products will be announced on the website before they are available. Do you want to be one of the first to wear the product and not miss it when the product is available? Then you should write on the page of the respective product on the waiting list and always be informed.

shipping

No, we do not ship our products worldwide. Unfortunately, the USA and Canada do not yet deliver. We work on a solution.

There are no additional shipping costs for shipping within and outside the EU.

If your country is not listed, please send an email to support@liff-berlin.com. We'll find a way to bring you and your LIFF products together.

Within Germany between 1-3 days. It all depends on where we deliver to. It is faster across Europe than outside the EU.

We work with Deutsche Post and DHL. When checking out, you can choose between standard shipping or express delivery.

You will be notified by email as soon as the goods have been dispatched. You will find a tracking number in the mail so that you are always informed where your LIFF products are.

return

LIFF will reimburse the purchase price for goods that are returned in their original condition, but only if the goods arrive with LIFF's original invoice and packaging and the security return / exchange label is intact.

You can return or exchange your LIFF purchased within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please register your return via your account or in the Returns section. Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used to pay.

Worn, used, modified or damaged goods will not be accepted.

LIFF reserves the right, at its own discretion, to refuse to return goods that do not meet the return conditions outlined above.
